Is it possible for you to be a lash artist without ever trying lash extensions? Can you be passionate about something you've never tried before?
Sure there are a lot of lash courses available. You can even choose whether you want in-person training or do it in the comfort of your home. These courses offer a wide range of information that you have to learn about lash extensions but I don’t think the course itself will be enough for you to be a good lash artist.
In my opinion, your perspective as a client is very crucial in understanding lash extensions better. You can use that experience to draw inspiration on how you can give the best lash extension services to your future clients.
I have always loved beauty services - especially lash extensions. I just can’t live without it. Getting the chance to experience these services and being able to see the great change it has brought to myself, had made me decide to pursue a career in this industry.
Getting that experience shouldn’t be complicated. You just have to find the kind of lash artist you want to model & get a lash extension service from that person.
So before thinking about taking a lash course, you should be a client first. Everything that you learn as a client will teach you about treating your clients better & wanting to give them the best service possible - the same thing that you would want for yourself.
