Episode 11: How To Set Reasonable Expectations for your Selfcare Appointments

There’s always a first time for everything - that includes your selfcare appointments. While a friend may rock her new lash extensions or a colleague may have a brow enhancement that would last her several weeks, it might not be the same for you. There are tons of beauty services available & the results are not the same for everyone even if you get it at the same salon done by the same person. Why? Because there are things that you need to do before & after your appointment that will help you get the best results.

So I decided to share tips on how you can set proper expectations for your appointments to avoid disappointments. I am hoping that after listening to this episode, you’ll understand that seeking progress is more important than perfection when you’re booking your selfcare appointments. Remember that your beauty enhancements are there to make your life better..not more stressful. Nothing lasts forever, so instead of obsessing over every chip in your polish or lash that falls out - focus on making your aftercare routine a priority & then LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST!
