Episode 8: How To Improve Hair/Nail Growth (& Lash Retention!) Through Diet
Are you looking for natural ways on how you can achieve healthier hair & nails?
Genetics, age and lifestyle are just few of the things that can play a role in the growth of our hair even our lashes & brows and our nails, too. The truth is, some of us need a little extra help in this department.
We're very excited to share this week's episode because we invited a special guest who is an advocate of plant-based diet, a health expert, Registered Dietician with over 20 years of experience and also a runner & speed walker - Dr. Pamela Fergusson. She has worked as a Dietitian in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia for organizations such as Unicef and the World Food program. She's currently in private practice in Nelson BC. With a broad and diverse experience having worked in research/teaching as well as public health and clinical practice, She's really the perfect person to discuss about how we can improve hair/nail growth (& lash retention!)through making changes in our diet.
