We reserved the right to deny future services to anyone who has a history of disrespecting our studio policies.

OUR LASH EXTENSION GUARANTEE

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Elevate Lash Lounge Inc., if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 days and we will book an appointment to make it right.

Please make sure to come in to your appointment without mascara. Coming in to your appointment with mascara will make it impossible for us to guarantee how long your lash extension will last.

Note: If you come in with mascara, your appointment WILL BE CANCELED automatically. It is impossible for us to provide you a quality service in the time provided for your appointment, so please ensure you remove your mascara prior to your appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment when you can come in without mascara for guaranteed retention but you have to pay for the 50% cancellation fee.

LASH FILLS ON TOP OF OTHER LASH STUDIO’S WORK

To maintain the quality & integrity of our studio’s work, we are no longer offering fills or touch-ups on top of another studio’s work. Thank you for your understanding. Please book in for a full set as well as a removal instead of a fill.

Maintain your full fringe of lashes with a lash fill every 3 or so weeks. If you have faster hair growth or during seasonal lash shedding, we advise that you use a Lash Conditioner to keep your lashes healthy & you may also have to come in more frequently. During a lashfill, we remove any lash extensions grown out that can twist and damage the natural lash & then replace any missing lash extensions making your lashes fluffy and full again.

You must have 40% of your lash extensions remaining to book in for a fill, otherwise please book in for a full set.

DEPOSIT

At this point we only ask for deposits to reserve permanent make-up bookings, please respect our artists and clients on the waitlist by allowing more than 24 hours notice for changes to lash appointments.

Please note, that we can no longer guarantee lash retention on lash fills over other lash studio’s work & we do not offer REFUNDS on any services.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. Missed appointments and cancellations without 5 days notice will be instantly charged for 50% of the balance of their services.

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

Thank you for understanding that part of our success as a small business depends on a mutual respect of time. Please note that we require at least 5 days notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled following this time will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of services).

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 20 minutes late will automatically be considered a no-show out of consideration for other clients, our artists’ schedules & to preserve the quality of work in the studio and this may result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, have been around anyone who has, or have been travelling or been in contact with those who have in the last 14 days please stay home & call us to reschedule. Cancellation fees (50% of appointment cost) incurred due to sickness within 24 hours of appointment can be used within 2 months as a credit towards your rescheduled appointment at Elevate Lash Lounge Inc.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you have previously booked an appointment and decided that you need a different time or date, it is your responsibility to leave a note which of those appointments is going to be cancelled.

We are a busy studio and out of respect for other clients and our artists we cannot hold double bookings for one service.

In the event we see a double booking without a note, both appointments will be cancelled. You will receive a cancellation notification. You will be required to re-book your appointment online to avoid incurring cancellation fee & to prevent our schedule getting overbooked with incorrect date/time.

We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards (Visa / MC / Amex).
