We reserved the right to deny future services to anyone who has a history of disrespecting our studio policies.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT RESULTS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED

Although we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our PMU procedures, we unfortunately have no control over other unique biological & environmental factors that affect your individual healing process. For example, the care of your cosmetic lip, lash enhancement, eyeliner or brow tattoo and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Elevate Lash Lounge Inc. offers no guarantee for healed results of cosmetic tattoos or saline tattoo removal.

Please be aware, additional touchups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. We do not offer REFUNDS on any services.

 

CORRECTIVE MICRO-PIGMENTATION & SALINE TATTOO REMOVAL WORK

Prior to booking your cover-up / corrective cosmetic tattoo or saline tattoo removal, please send us clear photos of your existing tattoo via email (Jenna@elevatelash.ca), with a full description of what you would like to change with photo examples of the look you are trying to achieve so we can assess and determine if we can make touch-ups or revisions.

We cannot guarantee results for permanent make-up removal , corrective or cover-up work. Corrective/cover-up & saline tattoo removal work generally requires multiple sessions and additional touch-ups will be charged accordingly.

DEPOSITS POLICY

Due to high appointment demand, out of respect for our artist’s time & clients on the waitlist- all permanent makeup or permanent makeup removal appointments require a 50% deposit plus GST to secure a booking. Valid deposits can be transferred for use to another service or product (valid to be applied for use within one year from the date we have received it) but under no circumstances refunded - so please consider this carefully BEFORE booking.

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

Thank you for understanding that part of our success as a small business depends on a mutual respect of time. Please note that we require at least 5 days notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled following this time will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of services), and in the case of permanent make-up your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 20 minutes late will automatically be considered a no show out of consideration for other client’s, our artists schedules & to preserve quality of work in the studio and this may result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

If you are experiencing any cold or flue like symptoms, have been around anyone who has, or have been travelling or been in contact with those who have in the last 14 days please stay home & call us to reschedule. Cancellation fees (50% of appointment cost) incurred due to sickness within 24 hours of appointment can be used within 2 months as a credit towards your rescheduled appointment at Elevate Lash Lounge Inc.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you have previously booked an appointment and decided that you need a different time or date, it is your responsibility to leave a note which of those appointments is going to be cancelled.

We are a busy studio and out of respect for other clients and our artists we cannot hold double bookings for one service.

In the event we see a double booking without a note, both appointments will be cancelled. You will receive a cancellation notification. You will be required to re-book your appointment online to avoid incurring cancellation fee & to prevent our schedule getting overbooked with incorrect date/time.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply an additional rebooking fee (value of missed appointment) for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 7 days cancellation notification.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We may refuse to perform PMU procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons as outlined in INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY GUIDELINES & our policies. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or under age and will result in loss of deposit.

We reserve the right to discontinue service to permanent make up clients who received laser work on or around their brows and who have previously visited another artist for cosmetic tattooing.

All coverups must be preapproved before booking and will be considered on a case to case basis.

We need wait 6-8 weeks before and after receiving a laser treatment so that the permanent make up has a chance to heal in optimal conditions.

We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards (Visa / MC / Amex).

Our prices are subject to change at anytime. Please note that our online rates are estimates; final pricing will be discussed during your consultation based on desired results.
