WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC, HYBRID, AND VOLUME LASHES?

Have you decided that you’d like to have longer & fuller natural lashes? You’re ready to try lash extensions, but then you’re still unsure which type of lashes you should book.

Here at Elevate Lash Lounge Inc. we have many options that will match the look that you’re aiming for.

The 3 main types are Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lashes.

Classic Lashes are 1 natural lash: 1 lash extension. They are great for clients with a full lash line looking for a natural look. We do not recommend this lash type for clients with short or thinning lashes as they tend to be the heaviest of all lash types, having the widest diameter of any lash type.

Hybrid Lashes are a combination between classic lashes and volume lashes. This style of lashing works great for clients who lack fullness or have natural gaps in their lashes. Lash technicians can use volume extensions to blend in these gaps and make your lashes appear full while keeping a natural look.

Contrary to popular belief -Volume lashes are actually approximately 3-6x lighter than classic lashes! Here at Elevate, the volume fan is expertly handmade from 2 -5 individual volume lashes (or more in the case of Mega Volume) and then attached to wrap your natural lash to create a full and dramatic fringe.

...Beware of Pre-made fans!

We NEVER use premade volume fans at Elevate as these lashes do not wrap your natural lash - meaning the weight of the extensions will not be evenly distributed around your natural lash leading to stress/twisting & possibly permanent damage to the hair follicle. Because we build & customize each volume fan for an individual natural lash we can guarantee the best results without weighing or damaging natural lashes.
