Back to what we want to share with you on today's episode...

It seems the season of boots, tends to give people the idea that their feet can be neglected. The skin on your feet, particularly the bottom, is a lot tougher and thicker than other parts of your skin, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't receive the same TLC as the rest of you. In fact, it's even more important to take care of your feet in the wintertime. Cold weather, damp socks (from a day spent skiing outside), and overly-heated air can cause all sorts of problems like cracked skin, fungal infections, and "winter heels."

So we thought that this would be the perfect time to address one of the most common foot problems during winter - the nail fungus.

Have you ever heard about it?

Do you feel like your feet might be going through something but you're not sure what it is?

Do you want to get a pedicure for the holidays but you're too embarrassed to show your feet?

In this episode, Jane and I talked about how nail technicians identify if your condition might be a nail fungus and what are the steps that we can take to help you find the solution that will work for you.

We understand this is a delicate subject for most, and so we’re excited to be able to help you from the comfort & privacy of your home. Find out “how to deal with nail fungus” by listening to our very first podcast.
